Tt01 Fabricate Upper Deck And Improvice Heat Sink pa check kung OK or nid to improve

may mga nakita na ako dito sa forum na gumawa nito but mas pinili ko gumagawa ng akin kasi iba ang gawa nila sa gawa ko !

BTW, yung upper deck ako lang gumawa fiber glass wala pinag gayahan pattern manual na sukatan , sa mga butas binutas ko exactly. walang alog ! perfectly fit !
may nakikita kasi ako mga picture na TT01 n may upper deck na inggit ako kaya gumawa din ako, yung kit ko TT01 nabili ko 2nd hand marami pala klase ng TT01, sabi ng tropa yung TT01 ko yung unang TT01, TT01 lang daw talaga !


sa heat sink, heat sink ng CPU divided in to two 1 para sa motor and isa para sa ESC, kaso yung heat sink ko hindi lapat na lapat sa motor and naka bolted sa upper deck, yung heat sink ng ESC nakadikit na but still movable ginamitan ko pang dikit sa kumakapit ng ayos but pwede ireplace kaso medyo mahirap tangalin,

nakita ko gawa ni Blizzard may COOLING FAN na bolted sa upper deck, may nakuha ako IDEA pwede ko din icombine dun sa ginawa ko. hehehe TNX

ang iniisip ko lang kung mag ttake effect yung heat sink, kasi newbie lang po ako almost 1 mon. palang po ako sa RC 1/10 scale model.
wala kasi ako pang bili ng original kaya ginawan ko na lang !

teka parang mali title ko fabricated upper deck? eh hindi naman fabricated..

sorry po baka pagalitan ako nito, pasensya na po hindi po kasi ako nakapag college, ^^ !

eto naman ginawa ko sa teu-101bk ko

i polished the stock heatsink of the teu, reattached adding thermal paste or equivalent (arctic silver etc), i also cut plastic case to further expose lower heatsink. i then added ram heatsinks above also using thermal paste then glued to exterior plastic to hold. lastly attached a fan and cowl made of acetate.

this was used on my TT01 with 19t motor without any problems. it now temporarily resides in my CR01 while waiting for my rooster http://www.philippinercdrifters.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

anu po yung cooling fan nyan? pang RC po talaga? pinag iisipan ko po kasi improvice lang din, kasi may mga nakikita ako maliliit na cooling fan sa CPU ng computer, experimentuhin ko na lang kung panu makakabit !

yes sir pang rc po, 7.2v 3racing fan, 295 pesos kay raymond. pag pc fan kse gamitin mo 12v need nun...

ganito ginamit ko pero hiniwalay ko yung aluminum plate... 3racing heatsink w/ fan
